RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
If you are unhappy with an item for any reason, you may return it for the full purchase price refund, less the shipping cost and 10% restocking fee. Refunds are not applicable on sale items, clearance items, or any mystery pull. Please see below for more information on our return policy:
RETURNS:
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the received date. All returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
*Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges.
RETURN PROCESS:
To return an item, please contact us at TheGreenWitchesShoppe@yahoo.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMN). After receiving an RMN, place the item securely in its original packaging and mail your return to:

REFUNDS:
After we receive your return and inspect the item(s) for damage, we will refund the amount of the item(s) to the original payment method or issue store credit. Please allow up to (3) days from the receipt of your item(s) to process your return. Refunds may take up to 1-2 billing cycles on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company, while store credit will be immediately applied to your account. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALE ITEMS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, AND MYSTERY PULLS AND/OR MYSTERY BOXES (including, but not limited to: Witchy Drawers, Witchy Ball Pick, Witchy Stone & Crystal Pick, and Witchy Scoops) ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED.
