SHIPPING INFORMATION

All orders are processed and shipped within 7 to 10 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping rates are subject to change.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Green Witches Shoppe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If your order is labeled as “delivered”, but has not arrived at its destination, check with any neighbors who may have accidentally received your order.

 USPS frequently marks orders as “delivered”, even when they haven’t been. If your package hasn’t been delivered after 24 hours of the status change, please visit the link below to file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
